DE Beach Rides

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about riding with us. Don’t see yours? Call or text302-522-4222.

How far in advance should I book my ride?

The more notice the better — 48 hours ahead is ideal, and a week ahead for summer weekends and holidays. That said, call us for last-minute rides too; if a car is free, we will get you there.

How does booking work?

Send a reservation request online, or call or text 302-522-4222. A real person — not a robot — confirms every ride by phone or text before it is final, along with your exact price.

How much does a ride cost?

Every trip is quoted as a flat, door-to-door rate before you book — no meters, no surge pricing, no surprises. The price depends on your pickup town and destination; request a free quote and we will get right back to you.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight. If you gave us your flight number, we adjust your pickup automatically — a late arrival never means a missed ride or an extra charge for waiting on the airline.

How much luggage can I bring?

Standard airline luggage for every passenger is no problem. Traveling with golf clubs, bikes, beach gear, or a big group? Just tell us in your reservation notes so we bring the right vehicle.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes — well-behaved pets in carriers ride free, and larger dogs are welcome by arrangement. Let us know when you book so we can plan the space.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Cash App, Cash. Pay when you ride — no prepayment required to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change — we get it. Cancel or reschedule by phone or text as soon as you know. There is no charge with reasonable notice; we only ask that you not leave a driver standing at the curb.

Do you run rides early in the morning or late at night?

Yes. Beach flights leave early and land late, so we run around the clock. A 3:30 AM pickup for a 6 AM departure is a normal day for us.

Do you only go to airports?

Airports are our specialty, but we also serve the Wilmington Amtrak station, Greyhound, the Cape May–Lewes Ferry, cruise terminals in Baltimore and Philadelphia, long-distance trips, military bases, college move-ins, and local rides by arrangement.
